Abstract. We have obtained the near-classical approximation of quantum computing and qubits as a result of our work over the past few years. This work can be roughly divided into two parts. The first part, which we called the programming model, contains a computer model of quasiparticles and quantum computing. The second part, which we called the microelectronic model, describes the microelectronic implementation of qubits in quasi-classical (quasi-qubits) approximation and exists in the form of block diagrams, which are supposed to be easy to make.
